For those who don't know, Angus Trim is having a "Pay Off The Gosh Darn Machine" Sale. He has selected what seem to be the most popular designs that can be manufactured at reduced cost. See details here.

Yup. Already put a down payment on an AT1502.
People had better jump on this, you'll probably never see this good a selection discounted for a looong time....

If one of you fine gents would be so kind as to offer me a gift in the amount of $400 US I'd be most appreciative. ![:D](//storage.forums.net/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) If only. ![:(](//storage.forums.net/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) So many of those tempt me so... ShooterMike, you recommend the 1506 for me, I think you said? I'd be willing to give that a shot, if only I could. What's one of these run normally, anyway?

Wow, I guess the prices on the web site are a bit out of date! What's normal retail on the 1501 and 1502?

FYI Gus is just asking for a 1/3 price downpayment now, the rest before delivery, which probably wont be for 4 months.

If only I had 1/3 of $400 right now, I'd be in.
Screw it, where do I sign? Will a PM here suffice? I do believe that 1506 has caught me. Hmm... 1/3 x 400 = uh...we'll call it $135.
I'll be looking further into this, but expect to hear final confirmation (and be sent payment) by Friday, especially if my interview(s?) go(es) well. Unemployment is fun!
(Yes, I have enough surplus to pay cash in full now, so don't worry, but I'm taking it slow to be safe.)
The more I think about it, the more concrete it becomes. Consider me in for one of these, with a scabbard if available. On that note, I can't recall (I'll have to check the other thread) whether our 1315's have a scabbard option, I'll need one there, too.
Guess I'll shoot off an email.

Oh well, now that I'm home from my week's stay in Texas, I have several apps out and one place looks like they're trying pretty hard to get me, so hopefully it all works out. Just shot Mr. Trim (I think I've mentioned before that I'd never feel right calling him Gus) an email, hopefully I'll manage to snag a 1506, anyway. ![:D](//storage.forums.net/forum/images/smiley/grin.png)

Geez Im scared to open this page, lest I get bitten by forumites in an AT feeding frenzy. You guys are like locusts, devouring everything Gus put in your path. I have my 1315 coming, that will do for now. Any news on those SBG specials Gus?

Yeah, Brenno, I felt the same initially. The 1315 was to be the only one for a long, long time, but after handling some of ShooterMike's wares, it dawned on me that I'm really much more comfortable, perhaps suited to, a two-hander instead. Now I want one. Badly. ![:(](//storage.forums.net/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) Poor guy must be busy, not heard a thing out of him in three days. ...Only three days? Feels like a week or more... Anyway, if memory serves, the latest report on the SBG specials was only a few more weeks, two or three I believe was the quote. I really hope I didn't miss out on this new deal... I guess another $125 wouldn't be that hard to come up with, but what's really sealing this is the discount on a scabbard, too... Now to sit back and continue waiting patiently for news.

Just swung over to the MyArmoury thread to look for updates. Things seem to be moving smoothly for this one. I'm afraid I missed out, though. ![:(](//storage.forums.net/forum/images/smiley/sad.png) Guess that's what I get for hesitating, eh?

Actually, I've been busier the last few days than that mythical one armed paper hanger.... I'm at 60% of my goal, so the sale is still moving along. I answered your PM, but could not find your email....... Gus

Thanks, got the PM. Not sure what happened with the email. Maybe I mistyped the address.
Replied to your PM, sent a payment. Hope to hear positively from you soon.
