Hi everybody! Just start to get into the sword world. Purchased 3 swords not too long ago. A Han Jian and a Liu Ye Dao (Duan Dao) from Jin Shi and a Ronin Dojo Pro Katana. Love them all

Welcome!
Great start to your collection! The Jin Shi swords are very nice.
So you have the Liu Ye Dao from Jin Shi? What is it like? Please post pictures too if you like.
Thanks

Duan Dao from Jin Shi. But the one I've got is almost exactly the same (at least in appearance) as the Liu Ye Dao from Sinosword.

Looks like you did your research buying from Jin Shi and Ronin. Those are all both well respected sword companies. Congrats on your swords and welcome to SBG.

Sorry about the photos. Taken by my cell phone. Han Jian is exactly like the one reviewed by Paul Southren www.sword-buyers-guide.com/ancient-chinese-swords.html. The blade is T10 folded and has double sided "shuang xue" (Chinese term for hamon). It's quite a sight. The only thing that I am not happy with is that the fit between the scabbard and the jian. There is a visible gap between them (but I've waited tooooo long for the sword, and I am very pleased with the sword itself, so I don't want to return it). The Duan Dao looks very much like the Liu Ye Dao from Sinosword: www.sinosword.com/ProductShow/?p=Chinese-sword-liu-ye-dao-willow-leaf-saber. I think it's a T10 blade (not folded) with Japanese style hamon.
