does anyone know the history of this dagger? If i can find it cheaper then this one kultofathena.com/product.asp?ite ... ker+Dagger. ps: srry for the bad grammar and improper sentence wording, and i know about the Assassin's Creed II Sword Breaker Dagger i am looking for one that has a pommel that has been peened not threaded not even sure if there is anything like that under the $200 mark .

Definitely a legitimate weapon, usd in place of a main gauche et cetera ad the off-hand weapon. Very seldom were they the main weapon, but I wouldn't call it unheard-of.
Its up for debate whether they actually broke swords, but they were decent at parrying disarms if one knew what they were doing.
I swear there used to be several models on the market, but I can't find any now. :?

i might just have to settle with the assassin's creed 2 one. Have there been any reviews on how that one holds up as a parrying dagger?
