I placed my order what seems like ages ago and I finally received my sword! It took almost 5 months, but I feel like the end product was worth the money and the (minor) displeasure of waiting so long. Enjoy the pictures. |

I'm delighted for you that you are now among the ranks of the entitled band of "owners". The pics are okay. Going the photobucket route and getting things in scale for the web page format would really have made the presentation pop a LOT better. The Sword Collection thread was set up originally to showcase us real mentally unbalanced types who claim to have gone "over the edge" and have sufficient swords to start thinking about their embellishment and display. I don't know that there is a thresh hold for just how many swords ya need to have a collection; but realistically one ain't quite it. Usually annoucing the new pride n joy without doing a review is presented in the New Acquisition Thread. Or maybe going the route of the Japanese Swords thread. Sorry, got up on the wrong side of bedd this mornin, I guess. Honest; congrats on the katana...  |
