Typing it on Word is fine, but I'm almost certain the pictures from the Word file will not transfer over if you just copy/paste from the document to the forum posting area. I use Photobucket for my reviews, and just add the pictures where appropriate using the IMG tag. If you are using bold/italic/underline in Word, it also won't transfer over. If you're worried about losing your post while doing a long review in case of a browser/computer crash or power outage, then just do it on Word and save often, and then paste it here and add the tags needed. I myself use the forum's "save" feature.

if no one has posted yet in your duplicate thread you can delete it - at the top right of your post there's a delete button. photobucket will give you a thumbnail view option you can copy into the review which will allow the pics to be clicked to be seen full size.

Don, I personally do everything directly on the post, but I often stop and copy and paste what I have written to a Word document. That way everything you do is saved exactly the way it already should be with no modifications needed. If your post crashes all you do is open a new post, copy your Word doc and paste it and your all ready to go. Also it was mentioned in another post that if you do not communicate with the site server every so often (20 minutes?) you are disconnected. Hitting the 'Preview' button should prevent that. I upload my images to Photobucket. Once uploaded, you can put your mouse over (no clicking) the picture you want and a menu appears. Left click on the "IMG code" choice, which will be a link with the "Img" brackets already around it, and it will say 'saved'. You can then paste the link into your review where needed. Here is a link on how to embed your Youtube videos: forum.sword-buyers-guide.com/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=4095Hope this helps.

The others are right. Typing your text on Word will save you some trouble and then all you have to do is link your pics through photobucket.
