Hi guys, for any aspiring Warbow archers out there, here is proof that you don't have to be stacked to draw a heavy weight bow. It's all in the technique.

Wish I could see the video, but it's blocked here in Afghanistan. I only aspire to 150#. 190# is impressive...
...Most impressive...

The UK? Honestly, if I can shoot 100# consistently (not maxing out) I'll be happy.

 Not quite!
As long as you have no pre-existing back/arm problems it's entirely possible. The main obstacle for me is money because if you think about it, a well made heavy bow can cost you the same as an Atrim. Then you have the arrows to buy/make!
If you notice in the video, and with all heavy bow shooters (who use correct technique), the Archer shifts their weight (hips) to the rear whilst driving the rear foot into the ground. This allows those heavy draws by focusing on the large back muscles rather than isolating the drawing arm and rotator cuff (ow). You then see the typical 'bum sticking out' stance as seen in the vid and others, as well as period artwork.
