Hi, I bought a Generation 2 Knights Templar sword from Arms of Valor a couple of weeks ago. I decided to try to find out when I might see it, so I sent an e-mail. The e-mail didn't make it through, nor did the two or three later ones I tried to send. So I tried to call their 1-888 number. The robo-reply that answered spoke in Spanish and wasn't talking about Arms of Valor. I know that the charge showed up on my credit card. Does anyone know how to reach someone at Arms of Valor? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Clyde Hollis form Gen2/Lagacy Arms, owns Arms of Valor.

And it has gone down hill ever since he took it over.

Thanks for the input. I got ahold of someone and ended up canceling my order.

Word. The prices were always a bit high but Jason was a stand-up guy when he owned it.

That and charging/preauthorizing peoples cards with no intention of completing the order, and then when called on it blaming the manufacturer.

I never bought from them, but I agree, Jason truly was a stand up guy... I wrote to him when I was a kid, asking him all kinds of sword stuff... he put up with the (what I now know to be ridiculous) Noob questions I repeatedly sent him, and he's actually a strong influence on what made me pick up blade-smithing! Sad to hear he's not there anymore, I was going to ask if you had contacted him, he was at least prompt in acknowledging...
