I love fixed blade knives as opposed to folders, but I don't wear belts. Most fixed blade knifes are only wearable with a belt. Are there any out their with sheaths that clip onto your jeans like cell phone cases?

How do you keep your pants up?

I very rarely wear a belt and I don't have any problems keeping my pants up.

If you are lucky enough where a common size is actually your size, or slightly small enough that it is still comfortable to wear, no belt has ever been necessary. I vet seldom wore belts as a kid, but nowadays a 38" waist is far too large, but a 36" waist is far too small for me. Thus, I'm stuck stuffing fabric back behind a belt every time I bend for any reason.
I'm not aware of any knives with a clip-on sheath, the only one readily to mind is Hanwei's original tactical tanto. It used a heavy-duty locking clip, perhaps more a clamp, as its primary (okay, only) means of attachment, and that was fairly sturdy and worked very well, combined with the blade retaining button lock thingy.
I'm not sure I'd consider a simple clip sufficient for a fixed-blade knife, particularly one of any size or weight...which is probably why one doesn't see many.
You might have better luck sending a favorite knife off to a leather crafter and having a custom sheath rigged.

You can find a boot knife with a clip fairly easily if you dig around. No model springs to mind, buy I've seen it. Good size for EDC as well.

Many if not most boot knives come with clips; my dad had one that he hooked onto a Swiss Army knife sheath to wear both of them together at once. You can also find clips online; they generally hook onto the scabbard with small rivets, I think.

Gerber, G96, and Western all produced double edged boot knives along with AG Russell and even an Explorer (Russell knockoff). These were back in the 70s-80s along with dozens of custom makers. Boots knives were a big fad back then, but due to concealment laws tightening up and the fact that men's boots are not nearly as fashionable now as then, very few production companies make sheathes with clips and even fewer custom makers.
You can still find several on the second hand market,. The Gerber Mk1 is still in high demand, but the others can be got reasonably cheap depending on condition.

Or you could wear it dive-knife style strapped to your thigh or calf. A smaller knife can be worn on the neck. But yeah, I think the boot knives mentioned pretty much answers your question directly. I'm just digressing for the fun of it.

The Columbia River Hissatsu has a kydex sheath , well they call it glass injected nylon but it looks like kydex to me, with removable belt clip that can be worn in a couple of different configurations. www.crkt.com/Hissatsu

I recently bought a Cold Steel Kobun ($30 on Amazon). It has a clip on the sheath. No belt needed.

The Ontario Rat3- It comes with the clip and a Techlock. You can get it with a plain edge or with the partial serrated blade as pictured. A whale of a good knife, I have one and like it quite a bit.
