Heh, Skyrim isn't the best when it comes to sword related realism. Short answer: no. Ebony is simply dense wood is it not? Hardly the sort of thing you want to make a blade out of. A fine cabinet on the other hand...
Edit to add: If you mean the sword design then I can't recall seeing any functional replicas.

Yeah i meant the sword design as a functional battle ready sword from high carbon steel.

This sword might be close. grip is Ebony, if you like dragons or I'm sure they can modify it if you desire. It is from Raven Armouries in England, here is a link ( www.raven-armoury.co.uk/ ) look in the scimitars section for detailed information. Attachments:

What happens if you miss a payment? They'll have to send trained ninjas to repo that blade from ya.

that Gothic Sword - C1250 - Oakeshott type XIII is the most beautiful thing i've ever seen. but it seems its a year+ waiting time plus probably a hefty price tag.

In Skyrim it's a metal I'd prefer to have an ebony sword from Morrowind (2nd sword)... ...though I would be all over one from Oblivion, especially if it had actual gold inlay.

Steffen I have one of those "Gothic - C1250", it is a very versatile one hander, at 3 lb it's no feather weight but with great balance it is very moveable in both cut and thrust, as anyone who has a Raven sword will tell you they are expensive but worth the money and the waiting. here is a photo of mine next to a couple of other Raven swords I own. Well, cannibals in Robinson Crusoe had wooden swords.

Actually it's a kind of hard, glass-like mineral.
I've always wondered if Bethesda meant it to be called Obsidian but got them mixed up.

Heyo. Sorry for the superbump. Anyways, I found a fellow over at Etsy that makes decorational Skyrim swords, he's made two of them. Now, whether or not these are actually made of metal I can't say, but hey, they look cool. www.etsy.com/shop/FloggleWerks?section_id=10986051

HOLY MOTHER OF ODIN! what makes Raven swords so expensive? I'm no master smith, never made a sword but give me that much and I will make it myself.
