Hello, Yesterday I decided to make something out of an old knife I had lying around. I started by cleaning it up, resharpening the edge and regrinding the tip (a part had broken of). After the cleanup I changed the handle by carving a horse-head into it (my first time carving so it's not all that good). I hope you guys/girls like it.

You should carve more often. That would be an impressive first (second, third, ... hundredth) attempt on any type of wood, but that handle looks like it is walnut, which isn't exactly easy to carve. Keep it up.
