That's good looking. Agree that 33 inches would probably be more in line even for a "big" broadsword.

Yep, I cut mine down to 32 7/8'' It also brought the POB closer to the basket.
Yes I built them so when people come over to do some cutting, we have a safe place to store them.

That is a nice looking baskethilt trainer.
Me being 6ft 2 that blade length would be ideal, especially for doing George Silver.

I study Silver and that is why I cut it down. For Silver, my true length is around 32'' to 33''. Where 34'' being the very max if not to long for me.
