Had lots of time at hand due to the recent holidays and long weekends in my country and decided to put the final touch to my DSA Black Prince sword customization work (at last!). Had wanted to post this as an update to my original DSA Black Prince Sword review but can't seem to locate that article anymore, so post it here instead. I include the hilt in its original form and the second customization just for fun DSA Black Prince Sword hilt in its original form: First customization: Re-wrapping the grip & add four risers: Final customization: Removal of Black paint on most part of pommel & guard, except for the pattern on the pommel & 2 small triangular sections of the guard near the grip: Think I like the sword more now

Looks great good work. Funny how much little differences change things. And the important part, you like it better this way, always good when you like it better.

Sweetness! one of my fav things about the budget sword market, it also provides a nice entry way to doing your own work. This helps to make your cheap sword, your sword.
