Looks like we have a Scottish week, cool. Hopefully we have the basket hilts for the weekend. I'd like to see the brass basket hilt on DoD, don't think it ever has been. I like it better than the new Eingilton.

10/13 Early Scottish Dirk $ 79.00 www.museumreplicas.com/early-scottish-dirkDon't Forget the promo code SBGWEB for that additional 10 % off Several times in the recent past they have added a second weapon over the weekend so there's still hope for the Baskethilt so check back tommarow and Sunday

MRL is offering a Halloween Sale Savings: 15% OFF on all in stock Costumes & Accessories. Use Code: HSS15 at Checkout! Perhaps in addition to the 15% the promo code is still effective.

Or it could be the cutlass but that's been DOD'ed to death, lol.

Ewwwww... and for only $99.00 off? Does this even count as a deal of the day?
Is it just me or is Windlass getting way too proud with these newer (yet ironically clunkier) sword models? I don't know if it's the Marto partnership or what but it seems Windlass are pretty stuck on the $300+ price tag with these swords and don't like to go down from it much.

They haven't been doing the 50% off on the Deal of the Day in quite a while now. Just standard sale prices now. Was waiting for the Hero's Warsword at half price but I guess that's just not to be now.

Well, the Eglington Basket-hilt was a good way to CAP off the week!

Nope I was waiting for it to come up on Deal of the Day but it never did. You showed me the improvements you made on yours and said it sometimes comes up in March if I remember correctly. Now if it does come up it won't be that big a savings anymore.

Gotcha, yea I'm surprised it hasn't gone on DoD yet this year. Maybe they're waiting for Christmas.

CHRISTMAS I could be dead by then, the world could be gone by then. Then again if that's the case I guess I won't need it then.

Yes, but if the end of the world is a zombie apocalypse, then maybe the Eglington may come in useful...

Yes, but if the end of the world is a zombie apocalypse, then maybe the Eglington may come in useful... We're talking about the Hero's Warsword, still useful though a little sluggish, but a whole lot of fun to dismember Zombies.
