I just checked out the statue.
How do I really know it's Spartacus ? He is wearing a helmet that covers his face.
I sent that inquiry to Museum Replicas I will update my post when I receive a response.

"I don't have an answer for you. It is what the manufacturer stated as the statues representation"
A sense of humor seems to be a rare thing in Georgia

MRL are probably getting keen on the fact nobody's buying anything except on the DoD so they're probably trying to get a little more profit. Plus since they'll price match now for other vendors and offer the 10%-15% discounts they've pretty much matched Koa or any other cheaper vendor and their shipping is usually cheaper too.
