Well, I have never heard of the seller you wanna buy from. Normally I only trust sites like KOA or Valiant Armory, but u can certainly try and let us know. About the helms, reasons you don't get as many replies are probably because you don't specify what you are looking for. Are you only looking for something cool? If so, buy anything that looks nice to you. If for historical accuracy, that helm will do, but I don't think it offer the best protection. It is designed to be worn with both padding and mail coif, and still leaves the chin unprotected. For the crusader era, the sugarloaf helm is symbolic and offer the best protection. www.kultofathena.com/product.asp ... oaf+Helmet Or this: www.kultofathena.com/product.asp ... with+Visor Of course, you can never go wrong with the traditional great helm.

The spangenhelm is fine for the Crusades era, as would any pointed spangen or one-piece helm with a nasal; this would be first Crusade, specifically, but you could see it throughout pretty much every Crusade.
Starting around the Second or Third Crusades, you would start seeing great-helms and pot-helms-- the round, flat-topped metal helms with a face-plate. Kettle-hats are also an option; one was worn by St. Louis during the... Seventh Crusade?
Sugarloaf helms are also okay, but I believe there's more evidence for great-helms and pot helms during the greatest period of Crusading.
