Hello all, Been watching my Cold Steel DVD set, "Fighting with the Sabre and Cutlass". I love that DVD set, so clear and understandable, easy to follow, etc, etc.. Makes me want to get my sabre out and fire it up. Woth the money to get it if anyone is interested in self defense and fighting with sabres, etc.. Freebooter

I'm not sure how I missed this one. I am strongly tempted to give it a whirl, and the next time I plop down an order from Amazon. (Does anyone order anything straight from Cold Steel?)

Kilted Kossack, it is a two disc set. I love it. Sort of boring at the first, just covering basics, a section on foot work, and repititious drills in parries and strikes, etc.. As Delongis says, it is to develope skill, muscle memory, etc.. Later he gets more active, including some disarming, grappling, etc.. I love it. Freebooter
