If you've been on SBG for any period greater than 5 minutes, you've heard of the Tinker Bastard. I have to say, after some very slight modifications since the 25th, I can better understand why it's such a hot topic. Since it's been reviewed dozens of times, I'll be formatting this in reverse (for all of you proud owners pondering if it has gotten any better or worse since your purchase )
Bullet points: -Beautiful, extraordinary handling -Elegant, simple lines -Basic leather, but the butting is nearly undetectable -Decent Scabard, god awful blade grinding throat -Tip slightly bent, uneven grind. The bend has made detectable "waves" in the steel -Butterknife sharp right out of the box (I'll be perfecting technique before correcting this.)
In other words, this will really be a review confirming that it's a production sword with some known issues, all of which are nearly negated by the price, and the handling. I'll continue with a more in depth analysis in the next few days. I'd like to sit down at a computer to give this sword the respect it deserves rather than smart phone my way through it.

Well, since the phone won't allow me to scroll down and add this to the post, I'd just like to apologize for the very rough draft. I got through the bulket points before getting frustrated by the limitations my smart phone has. Like I said, I'll do a much more in depth piece asap, but it seemed a shame to just delete another post out of frustration.
Call it a peer review. Don't worry, I'll do the SBG clan proud when it's ready.
