John Browning, Raymond Loewy, Frank Loyd Wright, you can't go wrong with a design from any of them

well i just did a 6 hour round trip and traded my browning citori and 410 enfield for a cracking auto 5 and a mossberg 500 the browning has a really nice patina with a round pistol grip, roll on the shooting ground opening so i can test it out only problem is it has a 29 1/2 long barrel,i would have preferred 26,but apart from that im very pleased with it

I've never owned an A5, but I've handled and shot a few. They are a very distinctive shotgun, in terms of both elegance and the way they handle when firing them. Kind of a bang ke-chunk clank. Not unpleasing, especially if you have a passion for things mechanical. I hope you like it very much and get to shoot it a lot.

A Browning Auto 5 was my first 12ga shotgun with I was 12. It is very unique being recoil operated with the barrel being locked to the bolt both moving back during recoil. The barrel moving forward helped to cut recoil down some. Uses the near the same recoil action as the M2 50cal machince gun.
