FilmSwords essentially ='s Albion... Their Atlantean is the bees-knees, and the Sherwood was recently reviewed with mixed fare. Important thing to remember is their focus isnt necessarily producing a well handling sword, but an exacting replica of a movie original.

Filmswords is Albion's line of film based swords, often utilizing the original wax casts that were used for the prop from whatever movie featured the sword, such as in the case of the Conan swords; Albion themselves are a top of the line manufacturer of medieval swords that strive to recreate the swords of yesteryear, usually studying antiques and museum pieces. As for the Beastmaster or Conan swords, I cannot actually think of anyone who owns either, primarily because of the sheer cost, at least in the case of the latter; the Conan Atlantean is near 3,000$ for just the sword. There is a review of the Atlantean on MyArmoury, which can be found here, however, it is rather old, as it only mentions the Conan line having two swords while it currently has 6 (8 if you include the daggers). They are likely to be very superb swords, but, given that they weren't designed to be weapons, I wouldn't count on them handling all that great, particularly not with the Atlantean weighing in at nearly 8lbs. The Beastmaster might handle more like a sword should given that it's significantly lighter, but again, I don't know anyone who actually owns one; it's a case of, you have to have two things to buy one: the cash to spend and the desire to own one and, in most cases, just about everyone's lacking one of the two.

Everyone is correct about Filmswords being Albion. One thing I want to do is point out this disclaimer:
Please note: Film Swords recreations are NOT intended for use as a weapon. Any such use voids all warranties and no liability of any kind for such use can be assumed by Film Swords, LLC or its licensors.
This is not the waiver with a standard Albion sword, giving me cold feet for dropping a large amount of coin of one of their film recreations.
There are a few independant manufacturers, such as Fable Blades, Jeffery Robinson, and Odinblades, that do excellent work in bronze which could work with you on a functional custom creation within the same price range of the a Filmsword replica without a caveat which renders the weapon as nothing more than a very expensive wallhanger.

Higher prices than regular Albions but not designed by Peter Johansson.. In my opinion, wallhangers glorified by Albion's name.
