Hello, I just got a katana for my birthday. Never had one before, but I have a bit of a dilemma and I was looking for some assistance. The entire metal part by the mouth of the scabbard has come off. It's a large metal part that appears to serve as both koiguchi and kurigata, both covering the opening and holding one end of the sageo. It just slid right off the saya. What is the best way to reattach it? Sliding it off reveals some kind of green wood attached to the saya. I've attached a picture below. Thanks for your help! Attachments:

I would suggest a little bit of 2-part, 5 minute epoxy, delicately applied.
Thanks, jason
