All of a sudden I had this overwhelming feeling of wanting to learn how to use the Yumi bow ( the art would be known as Kyudo). I dont know any of here in Ohio....not even a club. So I thought, why not just kinda pick up a Yumi and some Ya and go at it. The thing is....is I dont really know where to purchase the stuff for Kyudo. I know I dont have a range as a Kyudo dojo would have BUT I do have alot of space in my backyard. Any of you guys know where I can buy a Yumi and Ya?

Much thanks! Its abit pricey but well worth it I think......now only if there was a Kyudo dojo here in Ohio, I would join in a heartbeat. Ive always liked Archery.....found it fun and joyful.

I've been interested in trying out a Yumi bow also, right now I have two longbows from Woodbows.I was over at woodbows looking at arrows and noticed they now sell a yumi bow and the price seems pretty reasonable. www.woodbows.com/yumi.htmlThere customer service was great when I bought my longbows.
