Ok, I looked and found Ryan Sword's ebay page. Yes, the pictures look really good, and the price seems good too....very tempting in fact. So, I'll put this out to more experienced members....please take a look and tell us what you think. There's still not a lot of info about the sword itself though. Take a look at his other swords too, and please give your opinion.

(note- I am just guessing at a lot here and this is just mho)
First thingI noticed is the fittings are described differently--- in one place they are bronze, another they are brass, then it says cast alloy (that's not a guess, that's what it says on the auction page). My guess is they are all just zinc alloy cast with antiqued brass painting on them. If they are like the jian I just fixed up then the pictures will look better than the real thing.
The etch on the blade is not centered properly and runs off one side of the black background.
I like the grip wrap. I really do like how the sword looks overall in pictures but I would not be surprised if in person it's a bit underwhelming. I bet the more you hanlde and look at this sword the more the flaws will become apparent.
I didn't read anywhere about the tang-- how do you know it's not full tang? If indeed it is not then this sword will handle terrilby for practice- it will be too blade heavy.
I have seen similar stuff, with etching on the blade, for about $50 less
