A few of us do different Koryus. I am a jodoka, my koryu is Shinto muso ryu. Primarily we train with jo and bokken(jodo and kenjutsu). My schooling of the ken is of the Shinto ryu style of swordsmanship. Training with jitte, hanbo, kusarigama and tessan are focused on as well. Nice to have you on board !

thx mate, Shinto Muso Ryu nice, we study Bo,Naginata and Ryoto (katana+short sword) too but i'm still a newbie so i'm studying only kenjutsu now (with bokken).

You guys should write a post discribing the various strikes, the theory behind them, how they are ment to be used...etc.
I would be very interested in reading.
