This used to be a much larger collection, but hard times and several moves have seen it downsized greatly. I'll post what I have left here. A few historical pieces (beat up and rusty, but interesting to me none the less) and my one 'functional' blade remaining. It used to be much, much more, and will be so again!
First up, this isn't my exact sword, but it is the same model/line, and is a Starfire, one of my favorite brands of stage swords.
It was bought from Legacy Forge after a year plus of annoying their booth runner (Tristan, may he rest well). He picked out the design and sword for me, but before I could purchase it, passed on. So, it has a special place.
Next up, a set of WWII mounted katanas! Gifts from a friend in Hawaii, along with an old Chinese Jian. I have had one freind say the kanji/markings on the katana, if authentic (they tend to be forged frequently he says), would mean they are likely much older than WWII and reset in modern handles, or worth more. I just think they look cool, all covered in ray skin!

Katana/Other Blades:
I believe the first one is a wazikashi?
The katana's handle...
the markings on the blade.. I cant seem to get a good shot of the markings, but i've done a rubbing with a pencil and paper enough to see that, from what I can tell, they aren't the arabic numerals that would indicate machine made blades, etc..
That's all I've got currently in the house worth posting (a couple of wall hangers and miscellaneous knives with sentimental value i haven't bothered to photograph). Hoping to see it grow in size and quality!
