Howdy!
I don't know anything about the Little Tigress in particular. However, I have both Gus Trim-designed blades and an actual, older Atrim, and so can comment in general terms. Here's the general terms: if it's the kind of sword you like, buy it and be happy. It will almost certainly be the most dynamic, sharpest and "cutting-est" modern sword you will have ever held. If I was looking for a tactical sword, that one would be the very tip-toppiest of the list.

I own one and it is beyond a doubt my absolute favourite sword - even more than my ATrim Type XIII Triple Fuller, which I also love (no surprise that my favouries are both ATrims). I was fortunate enough to get it when the model was in my absolute favourite iteration of all those it has been through - after he replaced the double 'guard' projections with the single one, but while he was still making them with the black micarta slab grip and with the black oxide finish. So the style is that of the current model (note, pictures are not mine and stolen from TTA and SFI): But with a grip and finish that looks like this: More than any of my other swords, it feels like an extension of my arm and will do absolutely anything I ask it to do (y'know, that a sword is supposed to do). It's light, responsive and like all ATrims it cuts like a demon. The current model wouldn't handle any differently, it just won't look as badass as mine.
