okay i'm looking for some rather strange parts and i can't seem to find them i want to construct a 3 section staff with ball bearings the normal chain connection i already got but to contstruct a practice staff i'd like some ball bearing so if anyone knows where i could get those i'd be happy to hear

Umm, any metal mart etc. in an industrial area should sell, just ask in tradesmen terms what you need.

I had the same problems when I was young trying to make a good set of nunchuks.

Groudedi you could buy some foam ball bearing practice nunchuks and use the ball bearing from the nunchuks to make your three section staff. I think Century sales their's for $7.99 www.centuryfitness.com

well that's kind of the problem ball bearing chucks are mostly made out of hollow ball bearings wich can't take the stess of heavier sticks also i phoned the dutch customs and ask if i could import the parts and the bad thing is No i can't because i could make weapons with these parts so i asked him why it was legal to import sharp swords and guess what he couldn't answer that but apparently swords are not considered weapons :S
