A feast, ladies and gentlemen, for the eyes. Some gorgeous sabers here, and I for one enjoyed watching the evolutionary changes over the years.

Not my favourite style, though there are some gorgeous sabers in there.
Anyone know the music in the first part? It sounds almost a bit John Williams-ish.

Anders, the music is "Piesn Jana" or "Jan's Song/Theme" from the Polish film "Ogniem i Mieczem" ("With Fire and Sword") by Jerzy Hoffman, based on the book by Henryk Sienkiewicz. The second piece of music in the video was also from the film. The composer is Krzesimir Debski. I recommend the film and the book to anyone interested in European history or swordfighting. They are tons of fun.

Zdraste!
I cannot tell you how pleased I am to find another Trilogy fan here. All three films (With Fire and Sword, The Deluge, and Col. Wołodyjowski) are, to me, simply excellent films. I admit, however, that at times I will watch "Ogniem i Mieczem" back to back with "Taras Bulba," just to cause cognitive dissonance. (Who are the good guys again?)
