I think the word delayed you've used is optimistic...I don't think there's any intention of filling orders, clearing backlogs and certainly not refunding any money.
I'm not overly concerned I hate to say it for Rob or Stromlo Swords, this is occuring far to often and money is difficult enough to earn without donating for nil return to someone who's not had to work for it. This guy has taken money from a number of people, there's no need whatsoever to feel any sort of ompassion for him

I've done business with Bob for over 2 years. Prior to the meaness of recession I got most of my Weaponedge pieces thru him. He gave me a retailers deal on bulk orders. Sometimes they took 6 mos to get resolved. But they did, and they were right in the end.
Gus Trim is someone I recall having hit some flat spots where keeping up with a swarm of orders caused big delays and prolonged resolutions.
I'm saddened to hear that he's taken such a blow, and sympathize with folks caught in the middle of it.
Just wanted those hurt to know there were better times along with the acknowledgement the the woods ain't full of pixies, friendly elves and fairie godmutha's...

Good news,
Today I finally got in swords to fulfill 95% of outstanding orders. All those waiting should start getting DHL tracking numbers by the end of the week after I sort and pack orders.
I will be selling off additional swords that arrived with the order that where not pre-ordered - and anything else in my inventory, but this is likely to be it for Stromlo Swords.
