Hmmm...I guess they do multiple versions of the same show, using different narrators with local accents for different markets. That's a pretty smart reuse of content without much additional effort or expense. Interesting...

The version I posted with the female narrator is the Discovery Channel Canadian version. I guees the U.S. use a different narrator.

The sword I am having machined will be made in a similar way to Albion swords. I am even going to hot-peen the pommel on.

I just saw this on TV about an hour ago. It did not have the woman or the Australian narrator, it had someone else.

Tools glorious tools. What more can one ask for? Regarding the voice over, no He's not Aussie, He's brittish. And that chick that usually does How it's Made really irks me. She's used here on Oz TV.

It was the same version JP posted with the female narrator. I guess they have a different version (female narration) for those of us in the "border countries" than for those in the U.S. huh? Heh, heh, heh. ;D
