Hi guys,
Here comes more blades from my collection.
Kobuse laminated T10/AISI 1060 folded Tameshigiri shinken.
Sanmai Osoraku zukuri tanto AISI 1095/1060 folded.
The Shinken has been hand-forged and folded using T-10 tool steel/AISI 1060 high carbon steel in a Kobuse lamination, Hrc 40 ( Shinogi ) Hrc 60 ( Yakiba ), clay-tempered and hand-polished on imported Japanese stones.
• Blade: The blade has been hand forged and folded (8000 layers) from T-10 tool steel/AISI 1060 High carbon steel with a Kobuse lamination, The hamon has been authentically created with clay tempered process.
• The blade comes full tang and Razor Sharp.
• Saya: Rose wood with natural ray skin feature. The Koiguchi/Kojiri/Kurigata has been reinforced with Buffalo horn.
• Tsuba: Full Handmade Tsuba using red copper.The habaki and the Seppas are made of brass.
• Tsuka: Fitted with genuine Same (ray skin) and brown japanese silk Ito Tsukamaki. Two Bamboo Mekugi secure the tang of the sword into the Tsuka, while brass Menuki decorate each side of the Tsuka.
• Nagasa Length: 72 Cm
• Polish : Traditional 10 stage polishing with japanese stone.
• Tsuka Length: 29 Cm
• Niku: Medium
• Hamon: Toran (billowing) pattern
• Hardness of Yakiba: 60 HRC
• Fuchi/Kashira Material: red cooper
• Mekugi: Smoked Bamboo Double Mekugi
• Packing : Silk Sword Bag, Wood Box
The Osoraku zukuri Tanto, beautiful Sanmai lamination and folded AISI 1095/1060 high carbon steel tanto with rose wood saya.
• Blade: The blade has been hand forged and folded (8000 layers) from AISI 1095/AISI 1060 High carbon steel with traditional Sanmai lamination, The hamon has been authentically created with clay tempered process.
• The blade comes full tang and Razor Sharp.
• Saya: Rose wood with dark finishing. The Koiguchi/Kojiri/Kurigata are made with Buffalo horn.
• Tsuka: Fitted with genuine Same (ray skin).the blade is secure in the tusk with one smoked bamboo mekugi, while brass Menuki decorate each side of the Tsuka.
• Blade Length: 28 Cm
• Polish : Traditional 10 stage polishing with japanese stone.
• Hamon: Suguha hotsure
• Hardness of Yakiba: 60 HRC
