Come on, Sean. You know it was really an excellent exercise in psychoanalysis. And I didn't really use a sword, just a bare blade with a floppy guard and pommel... on a bare tang. Strangely, when I attempted to cut with the tang, it didn't work. Huh?!

 Yes... imagine that... cutting with the tang didn't work. Who would have thought? It WAS very funny... since that was before we had met in person, I was surprised you went there... because that style of mocking humor is pretty much the way my friends and I operate... but I've noticed a lot of people are touchy and uncomfortable with that sort of exchange. I always wondered how you knew it would be well received for what it was.

I think the Mercenary Line is a killer idea; it's a way to put awesome high-end swords into peoples' hands who might not otherwise have been able to afford 'em. Yeah, they might not be quite as pretty as your Albions or Christian Fletchers; I'd say the finish on my XIIa.4 is somewhere around H/T level, but they really have it where it counts. Big high-five to Tom and Hiroshi for putting it all together!

Huh. I think I remember that thread.... I feel all nostalgic now!
It's really hard not to get excited about all of these Atrims. Especially when you're supposed to be saving money for something. Which coincidentally is why I'm not here as often. Wait, what was I gonna... Oh. Yeah. Atrims. Very Tempting. Um... I guess that's it. If there was anything else, I forgot it.
Anyways, thanks for the review, Greg!
