Never heard of them, but after looking through their site, I'm a little leery; most of their stuff looks like the type of wall-hanger you'd find in the mall (I've also seen plenty of it on other sites). I even spotted several that look quite a bit like Musashis.

That looks a heck of a lot like Garrett Chan's two-handed Han Jian that Paul reviewed pretty recently. They're probably based on the same historical model, though. If you're unsure about it being functional/'battle ready' I would contact KoA and see what they based their decision upon.

jssword came up a few times on the old forum as I recall, and each time was met with the same speculation "looks shady, buy at own risk", but nowhere do I remember anyone coming up with concrete proof of their quality one way or the other. If you choose to buy from them be sure and let us all know how it goes.
