Public Apology to KoA

Last week I had made a post in the "New Acquisitions" thread concerning my experience with Kult of Athena. I would like to begin by offering my apology to Ryan and the rest of the staff at KoA, for making a post that was hastily critical of events that I was ignorant to. At the time that I made the post I did not fully understand the how KoA operated.
It was my belief that KoA was run by a handful of employees and that Ryan, himself, took part in shipping the products out. At the time, I had thought that Ryan had shipped out a product to me despite my email stating that I preferred an apple seed edge over a secondary bevel. However, if I would have made this request in the "Special Instructions" box of the order form, instead of in an email, then I would have been contacted that all of the current stock had a secondary bevel and would have been asked if I still wished to have the product shipped.
Over the past few days I have realized that the casual post of my agitation had carried more weight then I had originally thought. Kult of Athena has been the primary vendor of our sword enthusiast hobby for years. They have constantly provided the utmost in customer service and offer products at prices that can not be matched.
I have no animosity towards KoA or any of it's staff members and I assure you that my issue only arose through a miscommunication and a misunderstanding on my part and I hope that you will not let my lapse of judgment dissuade you from doing business with them in the future.
Thank you,
Greg Heim
