Hey everyone. I have a few questions for you all. I just got the H/T GSoW and the EMSH. I noticed on the GSoW that the handle won't come off when I try to disassemble it, and I need to get it off. Is it glued on? I noticed that the tang may be slightly leaning to one side, and I want to inspect it. If you want, I'll post pics. Also, what display method do you all prefer? I use guitar hangers for the 2 SLO's I have and my Vaciacraft Lionheart.

As per Kult of Athena's description: The hilt is retained by Tinker’s signature recessed sleeve mounting system, providing secure retention and easy hilt tightening, using the Allen wrench provided. -did you get the allen key? Could be just a really tight fit for the hex screw...

Oh, sorry if it wasn't clear, I did disassemble it via the wrench. I got the pommel off, but the handle didn't slide off as I expected it to. Which, now that I think about, was a silly assumption in the first place

GSOW should disassemble. Slap the guard from the top with your bare hand / or a pos paperback book to loosen it up. Once everything is off, you can easily tell if the tang is bent or not.

ahh, I see. My single hander was a SOB to ge the grip off the first time, I've noticed the wood core is slightly off square and fits on better one way vs. flipping it around.
