I recently made a order for two tantos from Kult Of Atnena. One, which a knew was out of stock when I ordered it, was holding everything up. I decided I would e-mail KOA and ask if they would remove the out of stock tanto cause I needed to hurry up and feed the addiction with a new blade asap. Anyway, I e-mailed them last night before going to bed and this morning had a reply saying "No problem!" They had edited the order and had already refunded the money to my account and told me it would ship today. A majority of my swords have come from KOA and I will continue to do buisness with them in the future. This is a prime example of great customer service. Chopper

I had ONE kind of bad transaction with them, But it was remedied above and beyond on my next purchase.
