Hello all, I am new here, but not quite a beginner. I have a MMA background with my main focus on Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu. I have a few swords and a handfull of other blades, and am now in the market for a new one to use in class. I have chosen KOA or SBG store to buy from as I have had good results with both. Here is my line-up of what I am looking at....... 1.(Hanwei Practical Plus Elite Katana) www.kultofathena.com/product.asp ... ite+Katana 2.(Cheness 9260 Kaze Katana - Black) www.kultofathena.com/product.asp ... +%2D+Black 3.(Cheness 9260 Shobu-Zukuri Katana Ayami) www.kultofathena.com/product.asp ... tana+Ayami 4.(SGC Yamakami 9260 Spring Steel Katana) sbg-sword-store.sword-buyers-gui ... akami.html 5.(Hanwei Kouga Ninja-To) (Even know I belive this to be the work of Hollywood or S.K.H) www.kultofathena.com/product.asp ... Ninja%2DTo I could shure use some insight on the matter, and I know that there are WAY better swords for just a little more money but this is what I have to work with. I am looking for quality of buld, strength, sharpness, a real harmon,(if possible). If there is anyone with some insight on helping me make a good choice please chime in. Thanks.

I dont have any insights or experiences with those blades to relate to you, but I would suggest that you post your query in the Japanese sword subforum of this site.
There are plenty of very knowledgeable fellows there who will be able to steer you in the right direction.
