when I say "art sword" I do not mean non-functionals like Kit Rae, what I mean is a sword that doesn't have the proper engineering aspects that go into a properly designed sword. basically it is an interpretation of a sword that takes artistic license. so an "Art sword"by my definition could be functional and it might even be a decent cutter but it wasn't made by someone who really knows what they are doing. it is a work of art more than a weapon.

Yea that's what I thought you meant, would you include windlass in that category?

yes and no. most of them yes, a few not. mostly, Windlass is just too sloppy for my tastes.

I don't blame you, Ulfbert is regarded as one of their best.

I've been considering one of Windlass' sabers. Do you think not, Tom?

why not if it suits you? I just do not care for them. but then sabers are a different story altogether. if I were looking for a saber I'd have to rethink everything and Windlass would get considered. don't know if I'd pick it but I'd look anyway.
