I'm actually interested in a tactical knife sheath myself. Let me know if you find anyone.

I don't know if anyone here does it, but I know of a website that sells the materials and tools you make your own Kydex sheaths. They're a knife making supplier, so most of it will be geared towards knife blades, but I'm sure you could scale it up; here's their sheaths section: www.texasknife.com/vcom/index.php?cPath=49

If you go over to Bladeforums, look for a member there called "steelnut" He will make a kydex sheath for anything that you can send him. His work is top notch, he has excellent feedback, and is highly regarded by the membership there. He has made several sheaths for Busse Rucks, AKs, and the Swamp Wakis that are totally cool. There is also this fellow- www.buybrownholsters.com/ His work is also top of the line and he is as highly regarded on Bladeforums as the previous mentioned maker. Contact either one and see what they say.

Barry Dawson makes kydex scabbards for his swords. He also does leather. Couldn't hurt to ask him. Contact info at the following link: www.dawsonknives.com
