Bear Hunting with Battle Ready Swords

I agree, catch it on video. And seriously, the bear mauls its victims, and it has a fighting chance, too. Seems fair enough to me. I'd rather take a good spear, though, not just swords. But sounds like a great adventure to tell one's grandkids about. Hey, there was a missionary who filmed himself killing a tiger with a harpoon and machete, why not a bear? Good luck.

good chance? nah, the bear will have them for dinner (that's a joke, bears don't eat people, they just strangle them and leave them there to rot).

Having hunted before in the old country, a group that included my father and I (ok, I was small when this happened) chanced to see a black bear. In Albania, it's forbidden to hunt bear, since they are an endangered species and generally a bad idea to go after, not that anyone among us really meant to hunt for the most feral beast (when attacked) walking the European ground now a days...

Anyway, my point is, don't confuse a bears with a big, furry dear. You come at a bear with the mightiest sword Fletcher has ever made and you might just make a hunter walking in that place some times later very lucky (if you catch my meaning), as, in the net, stories about your "disappearance" incorporate UFO's, big foot, and other such mythical creatures...
