Is there a full listing of sword retail shops or online stores listed anywhere? Or maybe as a group we could make a forum wide effort to make one. Everyone here has theyre own places they like to go, and people do travel, Maybe give them a destination to hit while theyre in a state or town or country they've never been in before. I can vouch for Myrtle Beach SC area that there is nothing close to me. And anything you find down here is basically SLO/wallhanger central, but it's a tourist town so what can you expect. Swords of the East is about 2 hours from me in Charleston and would definately go by and check them out if they actually had a retail store. But like I said I was just thinking about it, and have been for a while. Finally figured I'd throw it out there for response. So If you have a favorite, or just one close to you, please post it (name of company, city, address, phone # if you have it, if they do repairs, custom work, anything.) and i'll try to compose a list as it goes on.
thanks -Brad

The Econamy has kinda wiped them off the face of the map, so that will be kinda hard.....SanMarc.

I've seen such a list somewhere, Brad. I can't remember where, it might have been on SFI. Paul has a decent list on the main site.

That's not a bad idea or a conglomerated list of the known dealers both online and storefront and a way of rating them and providing user reviews for their service. That way when people pop in "How do you guys feel about such-n-such" We can point to *link*

I've been thinking for a while now how useful this would be- there are several ok lists available with some searching, but I'm still always hearing about another seller every other day
