Hey, guys. Not sure if anyone has thought to do this before, but I just sent an invitation to James Williams of Bugei to join our little forum. Here's to hoping he accepts

I don't find it likely, but it'd be great to have him onboard. We could learn much from him. Also I really like his beard. Yeah.

The man's an *amazing* martial artist. Frankly, I hope he accepts.

Thing is, I figure that if he wanted to be on SBG, he'd already be here. I kinda doubt that he's never heard of SBG before.

James, Tony Alvarez and some of the more premier such as Patrick Hastings, Keith Larman, even Ford Hallam have made the rounds of a few boards. The best place to discuss things with them are typically boards they frequent more often and even in person. Bugei has a board and it is fairly infrequent there to see James.
I wouldn't exactly say "why on earth?" and it might be a good opportunity to show what any forum might offer in a pleasant light. Plan an interview, get real about it and sometimes others will respond. What I see more (or less of) from any of the artists and practitioners is that they are usually busy without the chat rooms.

I got a reply. It's not exactly a "no" lol I just think that it's awesome that he replied to me even if he's not able to pop in right now

Yeeeeeaaaaah! That's almost like getting an email reply from a celebrity, lol! Oh, Celbii, it's nothing man. Just me wishing that I could have gotten to know a certain girl better. Standard young'un crap. What's bad is the fact that I haven't gotten over such a small thing. Back on topic, I hope he does join up. Okay, SBG hasn't been in the best of shape these last few months, with much more drama than I remember since joining, but I hope he does finds it good enough to pop in once in awhile. Maybe even have a little fun talking to us 'lower-end' guys.
