Hi, I'm currently searching for a shop selling the low-price katanas, such as the Musashi Wind Dragon that ship them to Europe! Mostly this is not possible, shipping only available within the USA, for example at swordsofmight or swordsoftheeast. Some of them are selling exactly the same swords like in Germany, but for less then half the price - so even with shipping and taxes I'd get much cheaper blades. Oh, and i might add that i do not have a credit card. What means, i'm just able to pay with PayPal or bank transfer, the shop I'm looking for has to accept one of these methods. greetz

Elcrian, Kult of Athena has some cheaper kat brands, including Musashi, tho they don't have the Wind Dragon. Too bad I have that one, a nice sword for the price. KOA ships internationally and I have found them to be a good reliable source for swords at a bargain. Be aware of their Shipping policy as there are restrictions in some places. Good hunting.

Try KultofAthena.com I'm not sure what payment methods they accept other than money order and credit card, but they can get you just about any sword you want for a VERY good price, even if it's not listed on their site, AND they ship to Europe. What's not to love? EDIT- Ric beat me to it. Basically, what he said, except check with KoA to see if they can get you the Wind Dragon. They may even stock it, but not have it on their site yet, who knows? Hope this helps. -Slayer

Correctomundo, Slayer, they do say they can get items not listed, I forgot to mention that. Also they do take PayPal.

I can also vouch for Cult of Athena, I’ve bought a number of swords from them, and had them shipped to Europe(the UK) and I’ve always received a very satisfactory service. They ship very quickly, usually they have sent it within a day of ordering. They charge about $50 for shipping, and you’re going to have to pay costumes fees, but even with those charges, the prices are still good and often better then you will find here in Europe.

Yeah, of course it isn't a bad price for shipping such heavy objects over half the planet. But it changes relating to what you are about to order, from 44 to 150$. And i need to pay the local taxes for it, so I have to think about to spend more money then actually planed.

You sure there are no specialized courier services in your country?
Last time I got a sword from the States to Norway I used a norwegian courier service that specializes in shipping from the US. I got the item shipped to a C/O adress in New Jersey, and the shipping company handled the shipping from the US, the customs papers and mailed the package to me from within the country. Took one week from the sword was posted by the sender in US until I could pick it up at the post office, and it cost me $50... If I should have shipped it using USPS it would have cost me $150... Completely awesome!
