I know all the Playerh8rz are going to shoot me down for saying this, but I'd get one of the Cheness DH no-hi shirasayas and turn it into a tac-kat. If you think about it, Paul was splitting firewood with it. Can't really get much closer to a sword-axe than that. No... just no... Even though I am NOT a fan of Cheness and their swords, despite loving the Kaze I have, I'd sooner reccomend a Cheness TH shirasaya for that, if it's even doable. Heck, a DF Musha or a Hanwei Raptor blade would be far better, but whatever; the point is, I have a Kaze (same blade as you suggest), and while it may be very tough, I have bent it on a flubbed cut before... Even tough DH katana are just not meant for heavy abuse. A TH blade would do far better... Just my $0.02. -Slayer

Ironically, I meant to put TH. Strange how typos can skew things so badly.

I'm a Chinese sword guy, we have to explain things to others, a lot. The Chinese made swords? Nah, just kidding Liam. I saw that and couldn't resist. ;D
