Moved from other topic area. A while back I saw a link on the the board here to a large group of videos on making a Tsuka. I have done several searches, and a lot of looking here and on youtube, and I cannot seem to find it Does anyone have the link? or know the title? so I can watch it. I was using my iaito today, and I felt the blade moving in the tsuka I took it apart and found a split in the wood. I don't know what to do to fix it, I'm thinking about glue and clamp, for now, as I don't "hit" anything with it, but it still makes me nervous as I would not like to have it fly out at a bad time ya know.....

Yes actually there is. Let me compile them.
Hyoujinsama
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
More videos: Balzerz for jswords.com.. A bit more detailed then Hyoujinsama's. Not to say Hyoujin's samas is not any good, it is excellent and should be enough to get you started. This series can help if your not particularly familiar with wood working. Part 1:
Part 2:
Part 3:
Part 4:
Part 5:
Part 6:
Part 7:
Part 8:
Part 9:
Part 10:
