I'm looking to add a repro saber to my wall, and want an authentic Confederate saber. Of the repros out there, which one is most like the original?

I have had several MRL sabres, all were well made sabres. I would not hesitate to fight with them if I had too. Freebooter

As my g-g-grandfather was in the 1st Tenn Cavalry, I opted for the Nashville Plow Works saber. Supposed to be here this week. I plan to antique it. Anyone have a good recipe to make it look "wall-worthy"?
