Yeah... I can make you one if you're interested. I have a few favorite designs, but I'll wait to write the 5 paragraph explaination of how everything works until I know whether you'd be interested in a high-quality custom frog, or if you just want to buy an off-the shelf piece (which, for all intents and purposes, would work fine, by my estimate). Some people call the French 'Frogs'. I think it's mostly the Brits, actually. Or they started it or something... 'back in the day'. Probably used to be derogatory too. Now I only see it used in a joking manner.
... God, I feel like some sort of encyclopedia, typing up common explanations and whatnot like this.
*I think I spelt something wrong, but I've forgotten what it was now that I'm writing this.

The term is several hundred years old. Goes back at least to the 100 Years' War. Those are the oldest references I've seen to it. No idea where it came from.
