With some modifications, like a less heavy cross and a rounded flamberge blade pattern i think that either John lundemo or Brendan at Fable blade can make something for you. There's also DSA, they take custom orders from time to time.
And Ollin's also.
It all depends on the price you want to put on it.

Well, to each their own... I find that thing to be hideous, but if I were for some reason to want to have it made, I might go with BKS. They have made a few swords with some crazy blade profiles... nothing quite like that, but close enough.
