I talked to Hank yesterday. People keep him in your thoughts and prayers (he is in our prayers). The doctor found a blood clot in his leg and from talking to Hank it is pretty substantial. The doctors do not want him sitting for long periods, not standing for long periods. He is on blood thinners until the procedure May 18th. He will not be able to attend the OK Ren Faire nor will he be able to do any show until after the clot is removed and the doctor releases him.
Thanks,

That really is terrible news Clyde...
Hank is a tough old fellow and I am sure he has the will to fight his was through this nasty setback, but he certainly needn't feel alone in this. I am sure I speak for everyone when I say that the entire sword enthuisast community is wishing him a full and speedy recovery.
Get well soon Hank!

Let me add my best wishes for good health and long life to a man that has become an icon of this hobby and the industry.
I had noticed classifieds over at My Armoury and wondered what was up.
Cheers
