for some reason i have trouble with the search function (maybe just a stupid moment that lasts forever) Has there been a review on Tinker Great Sword of War www.wiwingtiswordsupply.com/SH2424.htmlSeems a really good price and I really like what seems to be a broader blade profile than the other tinker bastard or longsword. Anybody have one?

I have one and it is all that and then some.
The posted reviews above are all pretty much spot on, read them and decide if it is your cup of tea.
It only suffers in the thrust, but it was not designed for that, so it is not really a shortcoming.

There was in some reviews concerns about the flex and the edge. the one i received had near perfect edges and less flex than what was described. So theyre not all the same.

Edges are obviously better with every batch produced. And flex is probably just like what it should be like in most examples. And even very flexible sword will not make any problems if your alignment is right.

Thanks i read all the reviews and it was helpfull. As for it being a plain Jane sword, hey for the price point so what, it still is a decent piece. Now my only thought is do i want the big two hander or one of the single handed viking or norman.I guess I'll figure it out but like i said at these prices it may be hard to go wrong with either. I,m still digging the big two hander though.
