With all due respect, I don't think that is a very appropriate reply given the situation at hand Marc. Please review the full thread and I will respond more fully if necessary later tonight when I have time.

and that attitude right there is why wiwingti sword supply and especialy Marc has such a high reputation here. Vendors pay heed if you don't do business with this attitude then you should.

thanks Tom, and John,
i reacted like that because i received a pm about it and two emails asking me why this thread was there.
so when i came in and realised on the pic that it is my tsuba , and when we let the mouse on the pic it says,(WSSEcoKatana008_
itisn't hard to understand what it is lol
so, like i repeated since the last two weeks to some threads looking like that one or others, why not ask the dealer what is happening or to replace it, and say(just say) hey there is a problem with my sword i would like to talk about it in a thread.
only that would be for sure appreciate by me, by tinker, fable blades,, SBG,,,,,, swordnation,,,SwordNarmory,,,etc ,,,etc,,,
(all other names than mine are just exemples and not compared to good or bad situations here)
and i think it is the logic to ask a dealer about a problem than talk about it without having told him about it.
sorry for that reaction,
Marc

Hey Marc, Sorry it took so long, I'm on night shift tonight and needed to rack during the day. Thank you for your last reply.
Just to clear up my view in case their is doubt: I had no intent on doing any disservice to you or your business, we merely wanted some advice prior to contacting you. Obviously, I fail as an internet ninja and did not protect the identity of your product line. In my experience when approached with a problem of this nature regarding their merchandise most dealers will ask if the customer wants a return or exchange directly. We wanted more information before being presented with this choice as my wife likes the sword and considered keeping it despite the defects. SBG seemed the appropriate forum to seek such advice. I understand your preference is to be contacted first, but I do not feel I did anything unethical that deserves censure.
In any case I would like to resolve the issue amicably and it seems we can do that. My primary concern was the crooked mune, not the habaki. I think given the information taken from responders to the thread we're open to keeping the sword or sending it back to you and paying the difference for another if none of the same line are left. At this point since you are already actively involved and I'm sure you want a good resolution at least as much as we do, we'll leave it in your hands.

ok,, now that i found out who you are,, it will be easyer lol
will send you a pm with a couple of choices and you will just have to decide what you want.
will ask my text to be translate in english to be sure we get to a good agreement and that you and your wife will be happpy with. so,, when i wake up,, i will send that PM to you. i am a bit tired and want to be sure it will be ok lol this is why, when i am tired, i got more dificulty to translate myself.

That sounds great Marc. I felt there was some small miscommunication at the heart of our brief difference. We're in no hurry, get some sleep

Thanks Gman i try as best as i can to help out and to give the best service i can. so, this is why, when threads like that arrive without having been asked, i get embarassed and maybe a bit wild in answers lol since my english is limited, i use terms to make people understand how i feel and sometimes i receive emails telling me to be cool in my answers lol but,, i've had explaination with rombarumblethorn and everything will be fixed.with another customer happy, at least i hope lol Marc
